Recent projects
Internal and external lighting, containment and fire alarm testing at a major residential building, with minimal disruption to residents.
Full electrical design and installation for a new high-specification home: heat pump, underfloor heating, MVHR and smart pre-wiring.
All lighting adjusted and reinstalled overnight ahead of a ceiling upgrade, coordinated with centre management.
Planned and reactive maintenance of lighting, HVAC supplies, data networks and fire alarms in an occupied office we originally installed.
