What types of electrical work do you carry out?
Containment, LV distribution, lighting, small power, life-safety supplies, data, CCTV and access control, testing and inspection, remedials and maintenance, for commercial, hospitality, community and residential buildings.
Are you accredited?
Yes. We are an NICEIC Approved Contractor, hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, are a Constructionline Gold member, and are registered with TrustMark, RECC and EVCC. See the accreditations page for details.
Do you work as a subcontractor or direct?
Both. We take electrical packages from principal contractors and work directly for developers, landlords, managing agents and facilities teams.
Do I need to arrange building control or DNO notifications?
No. Where the work requires them, we handle the notifications and certification on your behalf.
Can you work in occupied or older buildings?
Yes. Much of our work is in live offices, residential blocks, retail centres and listed buildings, planned around the people using them.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
We provide reactive fault finding and repairs. Call us on 020 3488 2281 to discuss what you need.
What certificates do I get at the end?
Electrical Installation Certificates or EICRs as appropriate, with test schedules, plus as-built information and O&M documentation on larger packages.
What guarantee do you give?
All work is covered by our workmanship guarantee and we use certified products with manufacturers’ warranties.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Greater London from our base in Leyton, E10.
